To reduce the risk and cost of crime and at your premises, Shield Facilities mobile patrol team will provide site patrols at random times throughout the night. You choose how many times you would like our patrol officers to attend your site.

Then the patrol officer will complete a full site patrol, checking all of the doors, windows, shutters and any vehicles that may have been left onsite overnight to inspect for any signs of damage, tampering or breach.

How do we verify the security services that we provide?

We understand that our clients want to know how often and when we have completed our mobile security patrols.

To verify our patrols, we utilise state of the art workforce management systems that use NFC (near field contact) tags to verify our patrols. We install NFC tags around your premises. When our patrol officers visit your site, they are required to scan the tags with the GPS enabled phone, this will then store the visits on our system along with the phones GPS coordination’s when the tags are being scanned. We can then provide completed patrol reports to verify the patrols have been completed.

This system also helps us to verify that specific areas have been inspected due to the NFC tags being placed strategically.

Mobile patrol tracking

If you wish to view our performance and patrol reports, these can be emailed in PDF form on request, or we can schedule automated reports on any day of your choosing.

Reports will verify:

The name of the officer who completed the patrols
The time and date of the patrols
The GPS coordinates when the tags are scanned
Any scheduled patrols that may have been missed
Digital incident reports will be completed and sent via email if there have been any incidents or concerns at your premises.
